SHIPPING INFO

Due to COVID-19 the shipping times may suffer some delays. Depending on where you are ordering from, orders may take longer than usual.

 

Shipping is done once per week on Tuesday. International orders take between 5 to 15 business days. It is not possible to guarantee these delivery times since it is out of my control after shipping.

 

Regular shipping

Items are sent by regular mail, and Girart assumes an arrival at their destination, in two different ways:

  1. In the absence of any communication to Girart within a period of 15 days after receiving the email sending the articles;
  2. Form path available from Girart (link in the mailing proclamation email).

 

Registered shipping

If the customer wishes, a Girart can send the items by registered mail, with an increased shipping cost, thus ensuring the existence of a monitoring of the transport (tracking code), thus avoiding the need to confirm receipt of the order

 

SHIPPING AND CONFIRMATION OF RECEIPT

Normal shipping

Items are sent by regular mail, and Girart takes care of their arrival at their destination, in two different ways:

  1. In the absence of any communication to Girart within a period of 15 days after receiving the email confirming the shipment of the articles;
  2. Through the appropriate form available at Girart (link in the shipping confirmation email)

 

Tracked shipping

If the customer wishes, Girart can send the items by registered mail, with an increased shipping cost, thus ensuring the existence of a tracking code, thus avoiding the need to confirm receipt of the order.

 

RETURNS

Inform Girart as soon as you want to return an item. As long as it is delivered in the same condition as it was shipped and sent within 30 days you will get your refund or exchange. Shipping costs are covered by the customer.

 

CANCELATIONS

These are only possible if the item has not yet been shipped so please contact Girart as soon as possible. If the item has already been shipped you will have to proceed as if you were returning the item.

 

Sale items and Personalized products can not be returned.
